Terms and Conditions

Our 100% guaranteed delivery includes replacement of damaged, lost and expired items. Our parcels are fully insured.

We do not accept refunds due to our free shipping policy.

Exchanges are NOT accepted due to our free shipping policy.

The seller is not liable for delays in shipping as it is the responsibility of the shipping courier. Please take note that shipping delays are common during December Christmas period and it is advisable to order your gifts in early November to avoid delays.

If the goods are damaged or expired, photographic evidence must be shown for a replacement of the damaged item(s).

For lost items, we will offer a replacement after confirmation from the shipping courier on its lost status.

For wrongly sent items, photographic evidence must be shown with proof.

The seller will bear the postage cost of sending the correct item, and the seller will reimburse the buyer with the cost of returning the wrongly sent item.

We reserve the right to change the location of the shipment to the nearest available warehouse in the event of stock unavailability.

Due to our automated multiple warehouse system, your orders are processed immediately, there will be no allowance for cancellations on your order.
